Demetrius Anthony Williams, 24 of Great Mills, was indicted and subsequently arrested and charged with “Possession of Marijuana with the Intent to Distribute”. Suspect Williams was originally held without bond. Williams made headlines in March of 2010 when he was sentenced to 3 years in jail for an armed robbery committed in St. Mary’s County. That sentence was suspended to 18 months. On October 21, 2009 a pizza delivery person was delivering a pizza to an address on Knockeyon Lane, in Great Mill’s, when he was approached by Demetrius Williams and 2 other male subjects, one of which was armed with a handgun, who demanded money from the victim.
