Warrant Service – On Tuesday, July 9, 2013 at 1:20pm, TFC E. Evans served a Bench Warrant on Billy Frank Stone Jr., 28, of California. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary’s County with the original charge of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol on June 7, 2013. Mr. Stone was currently incarcerated at the St. Mary’s County Detention Center. Mr. Stone was served the Bench Warrant and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner. Warrant Service / CDS Arrest – On Tuesday, July 9, 2013 at 7:00pm, TFC J. Gibson served a Warrant on Rajahn Delmon Hampton, 33, of Mechanicsville. The warrant was issued by the Circuit Court of St. Mary’s County with the original charge of Driving a Motor Vehicle on a Suspended License. Mr. Hampton was located at the Charles County Detention Center and was released to TFC Gibson. Mr. Hampton was transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center where he was subsequently searched by TFC Gibson and CDS was recovered from his pants pocket. Mr. Hampton was charged for Possession of CDS – Marijuana, served the Warrant and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner. [...]
